What counts as an AI use?
One AVA answer, one Insight or one AI document import counts as one use, however many files you import. Read-aloud, dictation, saved drafts and emergency notices never count. The allowance renews at midnight where you are.

Every professional plan starts with 7 days free, once per plan. You add a card to start; nothing is charged during the 7 days, and if you cancel within them you pay nothing. After that the plan renews monthly. AVA Plus works the same way, with 7 days free once per account.
Any time, in the app’s billing settings: AVA Plus in Aimedis Care Pro under Settings, professional plans in Aimedis Pro under Billing. The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, then stops.
Yes. AVA Plus comes with a 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers, with a full refund. The withdrawal right covers AVA Plus; professional plans come with the 7-day trial instead and end at the end of the billing month you have paid for.
For patients: your record in Aimedis Care Pro and everything in it, AVA’s daily allowance, Aimedis Booking, Aimedis Onboarding, chats and joining your professional’s calls in Aimedis Connect, and your clinician’s programme in Aimedis Rehab.

No. Aimedis takes no fee on the event tickets professionals sell in Aimedis Connect. The money goes to the professional’s own Stripe account; the payment provider’s processing fees apply.
